In addition to farming, Jeni is a studied Homeopath, Herbalist, Flower Essence and Ancestral Clearing practitioner. In Spring 2027, Jeni will become a Doctor of Naturopathy.
A nourishing lifestyle for Jeni includes daily herbs, homeopathy, yoga, body movement, meditation, prayer, healthy circadian rhythms, sauna therapy, grounding barefoot on the earth and eating a nose-to-tail diet as recommended by the Weston A. Price Foundation.
