What is a CSA?

Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is a model that connects consumers directly with farmers. By subscribing to a farm's harvest, consumers receive regular boxes of fresh, seasonal produce in exchange for upfront payments. This system supports the farm's operations and fosters a strong relationship between farmers and consumers.

What are the benefits of participating in community-supported agriculture (CSA)?

Participating in community-supported agriculture (CSA) offers several benefits, including access to fresh, organic produce directly from local farmers which is often harvested shortly before pick up. CSA boxes offer fantastic vegetable varieties with the chance to learn about new foods. Additionally, it supports local farms, promotes sustainable farming practices, fosters community and allows consumers to enjoy seasonal produce while saving time and money on grocery shopping.
