About Nicolas Donck:

Having pioneered the organic farming movement in our area and bringing 25 years of farming experience with a degree in international business, Nicolas is passionate about sharing his knowledge and experience with others.

Nicolas owns and operates one of the oldest and largest organic farms in the region, is a founding member of Morningside Farmer's Market which is in its 23rd year, sells to the top restaurants around the metro Atlanta area and has operated a successful farm CSA program for over 10 years. He teaches yearly at the Georgia Organics Conference and received their Land Stewardship Award in 2008.

The farm is a participant in the Natural Resources Conservation Service and is involved with numerous university crop studies around the Southeast. In addition, the farm grows heirloom seeds for saving for national companies such as Anson Mills.
